Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of products and services offered by Core Creative Digital (ABN 45 180 988 678, Perth WA) through this store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Products and Services
We offer productised website design and development services including SiteInADay builds, add-ons (Custom Domain Setup, Additional Pages), and the Care Plan subscription. Product specifications and inclusions are described on each product page.
2. Orders and Payment
Orders are placed through this Shopify store. Payment is required in full at checkout in Australian Dollars (AUD). We accept payment methods enabled through Shopify Payments. Care Plan is billed monthly on a recurring basis.
3. Delivery
Delivery timelines commence upon your submission of the intake form, not on order placement. Timelines are stated on each product page and confirmed in your order confirmation email.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the content (text, images you provide, your brand assets) displayed on your website. Core Creative Digital retains the right to display completed builds in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you opt out in writing before delivery. You may not resell, repackage, or redistribute the underlying design system or code.
5. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided in the intake form, the legality of content you supply, and any third-party rights (e.g. photos you upload must be licensed to you). We reserve the right to decline orders for content we reasonably believe to be illegal, misleading, or infringing.
6. Hosting and Domains
SiteInADay includes 12 months of free hosting on a subdomain. After 12 months, continued hosting requires an active Care Plan or migration to your own host. Custom domain registration and renewal is your responsibility — we handle setup only.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Core Creative Digital's total liability arising from any product or service is limited to the amount paid for that product or service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business-loss damages. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
9. Care Plan Subscription
Care Plan is a recurring monthly subscription. You may cancel any time via your account. Cancellation stops future billing; services continue to the end of the current billing month. No pro-rata refunds are issued for partial months.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to existing subscribers by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
