Refund Policy

We stand behind every SiteInADay build. Here's exactly when refunds apply and how they work.

Full refund conditions

1. Change of mind before intake submission

If you change your mind within 24 hours of purchase and have not yet submitted your intake form, we'll issue a 100% refund — no questions asked. Email hello@corecreative.digital with your order number.

2. Missed delivery promise

If we fail to deliver your preview link within 48 hours of your intake submission, you're entitled to a full refund — even if you've already submitted intake and we've started work. This is our promise and our risk.

3. Post-revision dissatisfaction

If after your included revision round the design still doesn't fit your business, we offer a 50% refund (retaining a build fee for the work delivered). We'll also send you the design files so nothing is wasted.

When refunds do not apply

  • After preview delivery — once your preview link is delivered, we use your included revision to make it right rather than refunding. This protects both parties from open-ended requests.
  • Add-on products (Domain Setup, Extra Pages) — once work has begun on these add-ons (typically within an hour of intake), they are non-refundable.
  • Care Plan subscriptions — you can cancel any time to prevent future charges. Payments already collected for the current month are non-refundable, but service continues to month-end.

How to request a refund

Email hello@corecreative.digital with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the refund request
  • Which of the above conditions applies

We'll respond within one business day (Perth, AWST) and process approved refunds via your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this refund policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If you believe your consumer guarantees have not been met, contact us in the first instance and we'll work to resolve it fairly. You may also contact the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC).
