Here's exactly what happens when you buy SiteInADay - no jargon, no surprises.

Step 1 - You order (60 seconds)

Pick your tier (Starter or Rush), add any optional extras (custom domain, extra pages, Care Plan), and check out. Payment is secure via Shopify.

Step 2 - You complete the intake form (2 minutes)

You'll immediately land on a short intake form. Two ways to give us your info:

• Fast path: paste your Google Business Profile URL and we auto-pull your business name, services, reviews, hours, and location.
• Manual path: fill in the same info yourself if you don't have a Google Business Profile or prefer to type it in.

You'll also share your brand colours (or pick from our recommended palettes), your primary call-to-action (e.g. "Book a treatment," "Get a quote," "Call now"), and optionally upload one hero photo.

Step 3 - We design and build (up to 20 hours)

Your intake data flows into our custom build system. We design a bespoke, mobile-first single-page website tailored to your business - populated with your real content, in your brand colours, with your reviews and services front and centre. Every build is personally quality-checked by Will before delivery.

Step 4 - Preview delivered (within 20 hours)

You'll receive an email with your live preview link. Click through, see your site on your phone, and use it exactly as your customers would.

Step 5 - One round of revisions (within 4 hours)

Want the headline changed? Colours tweaked? A different hero image? Reply to your preview email with your feedback and we'll apply it within 4 hours.

Step 6 - Live handover

Once you approve, your site is officially live on its subdomain (or your custom domain if you added that option). We'll send you:

• Your final live URL
• Simple instructions for editing text or images yourself
• An offer to add our Care Plan if you'd like ongoing hosting, unlimited edits, and monthly analytics

What if something goes wrong?

See our refund policy. Short version: if we can't deliver your preview within 48 hours of your intake submission, we refund you in full. That's our promise and our risk.
